Current projectsSmall floating harbour "minimum size"
This little harbour, approximately to scale 1:1000 in reference to the A/3 size design, is about 250 metres long
and has a breadth of about 190 metres in its wider point. It’s connected to the shore by means of a 65 metres
long and 50 metres wide concrete pier which offers a certain number of garages inside its covered storey and of
car parks on its outside upstairs. The total cost of this infrastructure has been estimated at about 42/Millions
of Euro. That amount comprises also the most part of costs regarding various technological installations,
planning, contracting, certifications (RINA), transports and other indispensable overheads which must be sustained.
Only roughly, it has been valued that, as a whole, the different kinds of saleable “real estate”, placed in this model
harbour varied zones, could be the following: n.120-130 various length moorings + n.130 one place garages + n.30
two places garages + n.190 external car parks + about 1,200 square metres for offices and apartments in the Office
Centre Tower numerous storeys + about 2,600 sq. m. double height for shops, workrooms and offices disposable
along the harbour’s barriers inner side.
Medium-small size tourist harbour provided with
a supplementary floating platformThis little harbour, approximately to scale 1:1500 in reference to the A/3 size design, is about 400 m. long
and has a breadth of about 280 m. in its wider point. It’s also provided with a supplementary intermediate
floating platform which links it to the shore concrete pier and offers a considerable availability of garages
inside its covered storey and of car park on its outside upstairs. The total cost of this infrastructure has been
estimated at about 76/Millions of Euro. That amount comprises also the most part of the above indicated costs.
Only roughly, it has been valued that, as a whole, the different kinds of saleable “real estate”, placed in this
harbour model varied zones, could be the following: n.240-280 various length moorings + n.550 one place
garages + n.100 two places garages + n.690 external car parks + about 3,200 sq. m. for offices and apartments
in the Office centre Tower numerous storeys + about 3,500 sq. m. double height, for shops, workrooms and
offices disposable along the harbour’s barriers inner side.
Medium-small size tourist harbour directly
connected to the shore concrete pierThis little harbour, approximately to scale 1:1500 in reference to the A/3 size design, is about 370 m. long
and has a breadth of about 280 m. in its wider point. It’s also endowed with a considerable concrete pier
which joins it to the shore and that, if necessary, could be lain on a pilework series. Inside the pier covered
storey, whose dimensions are about 90 x 170 m., we have a remarkable availability of garages, whereas upstairs
we could have a lot of car parks. The total cost of this infrastructure has been estimated at about 69/Millions
of Euro. That amount comprises also the most part of the above indicated costs. Only roughly, it has been
valued that, as a whole, the different kinds of saleable “real estate”, placed in this model harbour varied zones,
could be the following: n.240-280 various length moorings + n.500 one place garages + n.100 two places garages
+ n.690 external car parks + about 3,200 sq. m. for offices and apartments in the Office Centre Tower numerous
storeys + about 3,500 sq. m. double height, for shops, workrooms and offices disposable along the harbour’s
barriers inner side.
